About the role

Group-IB, a cybersecurity company founded in 2003 and headquartered in Singapore, is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Development team. You will build, maintain and scale high-availability systems that power the group's global services, working with Linux, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code tools, monitoring systems and distributed databases.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and optimise core server infrastructure, including bare-metal servers, LXC containers, virtual machines and cloud environments.
Operate and support services such as Nginx, Puppet, GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus, Harbor and Grafana.
Manage infrastructure following the Infrastructure as Code paradigm and handle infrastructure incidents.
Collaborate with network engineers, developers and other technical stakeholders.
Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant and scalable solutions.
Monitor service performance and availability with observability tools, ensuring reliable resource use.

Required profile

Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong plus.
4+ years of experience in Linux administration, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
Hands-on experience managing bare-metal infrastructure in production.
Ability to design high-performance, fault-tolerant and secure infrastructure.

Required skills

Bash or similar scripting for automation.
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS).
Configuration management with Ansible or Puppet.
Kubernetes and IaC tools such as FluxCD or ArgoCD.
Distributed databases (Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and observability tools (Zabbix, VictoriaMetrics, Loki, Grafana).
Advantageous: Python or Go, cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud), Ceph, Istio, and experience with large-scale distributed systems.
