About the role
Visa Direct provides a suite of solutions that enable money movement across cards, accounts and wallets for a variety of use cases such as P2P, B2B and B2C. The Senior Director – Head of Visa Direct KBO will lead sales and commercialization of these solutions, shaping strategy and driving growth in emerging markets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed aggressive sales and revenue targets for the region.
- Partner with country Account Executive teams to meet annual Money Movement goals.
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal structuring and contracting.
- Develop and execute business and sales strategies, identifying high‑potential clients, use cases and verticals.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including product, finance, legal, marketing and communications—to align roadmaps and ensure successful solution deployment.
Required profile
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and commercialization for multinational organizations.
- Deep understanding of payments, mobile technology, consumer behavior and Visa’s business model.
- Strong thought leadership and strategic growth mindset.
- Experience working in matrixed, fast‑paced environments with demanding timelines.
