We are seeking a Senior Director of Information Technology to shape and execute the IT strategy of a leading property organisation in Riyadh. This senior position will drive technology initiatives that support business objectives and maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align the company’s IT strategy with overall business goals.
• Oversee implementation, integration and optimisation of advanced technology systems.
• Ensure security, reliability and scalability of the IT infrastructure.
• Lead cross‑functional IT teams to deliver operational targets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology needs and improvement opportunities.
• Manage the IT budget, delivering cost‑effective solutions.
• Monitor emerging technologies and maintain regulatory and data‑security compliance.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior IT leadership roles, preferably within the property sector.
• Strong experience developing and implementing technology strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and stakeholder communication skills.
• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
