Senior Investment Consultant

About the role

Mercer Wealth is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to join its multidisciplinary team in Riyadh or Dubai. You will work directly with senior consultants and analysts to deliver high‑impact investment advice to a diverse portfolio of institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and analysts to provide ongoing investment advice.
• Design and analyze strategic investment solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Develop and critically review complex strategic asset allocations and conduct asset‑liability modeling.
• Lead manager research and selection across public and private asset classes.
• Work with Mercer specialist teams to deliver integrated consulting solutions.
• Prepare detailed client reports, investment policy statements, and governance documentation.
• Engage in portfolio structuring, performance monitoring, and manager oversight.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant investment experience, preferably in institutional consulting or asset management.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proven confidence presenting to clients and collaborating across teams.
