About the role

We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead L&D initiatives across all departments, with a strong emphasis on sales enablement. The role will design and deliver training programs that boost employee performance, especially in ERP and SaaS environments.

Key responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis for every department.
Design and deliver technical, behavioral, and sales‑focused training programs.
Create structured onboarding journeys for new hires, particularly sales staff.
Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle to improve effectiveness and revenue.
Identify skill gaps and drive continuous development aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
Proven experience with SaaS or ERP systems.
Familiarity with HR practices and employee development.
Preferred certification: Training of Trainers (ToT).

Required skills

Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
Hands‑on experience with SaaS solutions.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
