Senior Manager – Theming

About the role

SEVEN is seeking a Senior Manager – Theming to lead the creation, design, and implementation of thematic elements across its complexes and attractions. The role ensures that brand identity is translated into immersive visual experiences while maintaining high‑quality standards and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and implement thematic concepts that align with SEVEN’s brand vision.
• Act as the primary liaison with local and international partners, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage and monitor budget utilisation for the theming unit, ensuring compliance with approved financial plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, guaranteeing adherence to company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance appraisals for the theming team.
• Create sketches, storyboards, mood boards and 3D visualisations to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors and vendors to deliver thematic installations on schedule.
• Conduct quality inspections and address any discrepancies promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.
• Master’s degree in 3D Animation or Special Effects (preferred).
• Relevant construction certifications (e.g., LEAD) are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in theming or related fields, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in real‑estate development and entertainment theme parks.
