Senior Specialist – Finance Technology (Ramp‑up)

About the role

Play a key role in the ramp‑up and integration of finance systems at Qiddiya Investment Company, enhancing operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy. You will collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering training programs for finance users.
• Manage ramp‑up activities including user testing, training, and support documentation.
• Lead projects to improve the finance technology landscape aligned with business strategy.
• Track implementation progress, address challenges, and communicate with cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate system integration to improve data accuracy and accessibility in reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools providing real‑time metrics.
• Drive change‑management initiatives to promote user adoption.
• Identify process enhancement opportunities and recommend system improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging finance technologies and adapt them to organizational needs.

Required profile

• Relevant finance certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) or extensive experience in a large finance function.
• Degree in computer science or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
• Practical experience in finance system implementation and upgrades, especially ERP systems.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
