Senior Vice President – Public Sector Strategy & Vision 2030

About the role

The Senior Vice President of Public Sector Strategy & Vision 2030 Engagement will shape and drive strategic initiatives that enhance public‑sector effectiveness in line with the national Vision 2030 framework. This senior leader will work across government, non‑profit and private partners to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a comprehensive public‑sector strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and Vision 2030.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private‑sector firms to deliver innovative solutions.
• Engage senior officials and executive stakeholders to advocate for policy changes and promote the organization’s initiatives.
• Analyse public‑sector performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee multi‑stakeholder projects, ensuring compliance with funding, regulatory and KPI requirements.

Required profile

• At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the public sector or related fields, with a minimum of 7 years at the executive level.
• Proven record of public‑policy formulation, implementation and cross‑sector collaboration.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market intelligence into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior‑level audiences.
• Experience leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Deep knowledge of Vision 2030 frameworks, KPIs and public‑sector performance metrics.
• Ability to adapt to shifting political and socioeconomic environments.
