ServiceNow Developer – Immediate Start

About the role

Müller's Solutions is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer who can join the team immediately. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications that support IT service management and business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional specifications.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow mechanisms.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow modules.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end‑users.
• Maintain clear documentation of all development activities.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• ServiceNow Certified Developer or related certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog).
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML for ServiceNow customization.
• REST and SOAP API integration techniques.
• Version control using Git.
