ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management and digital workflow initiatives. The role will work closely with architects, project managers and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and high-quality applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize and maintain ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and Service Catalog.
• Develop scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations and automations using JavaScript, Flow Designer and ServiceNow APIs.
• Implement enhancements following platform best practices, governance and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to ensure performance, reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators and technical teams to create scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment and release management activities.
• Document configurations, integrations and development standards; provide knowledge transfer and training.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and support digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and Service Catalog.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and the ITIL framework.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
