Site Manager – Water Treatment & Transmission Projects

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high‑profile overhead transmission line (OHTL) and water‑treatment project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Supervise electrical sub‑station, OHTL, underground cable (UGC) and water‑treatment works.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage contracts, procurement and vendor performance.
• Control quality standards and conduct regular site inspections.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in electric sub‑stations, OHTL, UGC or water‑treatment projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on large‑scale sites.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
