Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at Life in Balance Spa, Miraval The Red Sea. You will create a welcoming, calming atmosphere while guiding guests through spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing information on spa treatments, wellness programs, and fitness services.
• Manage bookings, scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, and payment processing.
• Offer personalized retail product recommendations and upsell services mindfully.
• Support daily operations of the spa and related wellness centers, ensuring a tidy and efficient reception area.
• Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately and complete end‑of‑day financial reports.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock management, and maintain product availability.
• Adapt to guest flow and operational needs across the resort to ensure seamless experiences.
