About the role
The Senior Director of Organizational Projects leads the enterprise‑wide project management function, ensuring that all initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. This role collaborates across administrative units to drive consistency, compliance, and performance excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement departmental plans and programs that support organizational goals.
- Coordinate with other units to facilitate collaboration and successful delivery of shared initiatives.
- Establish, oversee, and continuously improve the project management methodology across all projects.
- Align projects with strategic objectives, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise review of milestones, deliverables, and expenditures for quality, efficiency, and budget compliance.
- Enhance the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) system and integrate it with the ERP platform.
- Approve internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and evaluate compliance.
- Assess performance of portfolio managers and provide professional guidance.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, KPIs, and recommended actions.
- Develop annual training plans for PMO staff and manage organizational risks in partnership with Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years with a Master’s, or 6 years with a PhD.
