Store Manager - Chanel Beauty

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a leading partner for luxury across the Middle East with more than 600 stores and 300 brands, is hiring a Store Manager for Chanel Beauty in Jeddah. The Store Manager drives the store business, builds a base of loyal VIP customers, manages the team and ensures full adherence to the brand's guidelines and store processes.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand and communicate its values and philosophy to customers and team members.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build relationships with customers and create future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends, products and competitors and share feedback with the back-office team.
• Provide a clear vision to the team, recruit, develop and retain talent, and act as a coach using the Group's learning tools.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset, clienteling and the brand's e-commerce activities, and recruit new clients into loyal VIPs.
• Ensure sales and operational policies are followed, e-commerce orders are fulfilled within SLAs, and operating standards from stock replenishment to display follow the brand's VM guidelines.
• Use tools such as the Clienteling app, OMS and Business WhatsApp, and ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, retail and HR guidelines.
• Analyze historical traffic data to maintain healthy floor coverage and anticipate peak hours.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience as a store manager or supervisor.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
