Storekeeper, Parts Warehouse

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage the receipt, storage, picking and issuance of spare parts and accessories in the CEER parts warehouse. The role ensures accurate stock records, a safe and organized environment, and timely availability of parts for after‑sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies.
• Store parts in designated locations, label and tag items for traceability following CEER SOPs.
• Pick, pack and issue parts for sales orders, repair orders and internal requisitions within service‑level targets.
• Prepare parts for dispatch to service centres, dealers or customers according to packaging standards.
• Perform regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock takes, reconciling SAP records with physical inventory.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, flag slow‑moving or obsolete items.
• Operate material‑handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts where certified) and maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
• Record all stock movements in SAP/WMS and keep supporting documentation up to date.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational/technical certificate; logistics or supply‑chain diploma preferred.
• 2‑4 years of experience in warehouse operations, stock keeping or parts logistics.
• Experience in an automotive dealer/OEM parts environment is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
• Knowledge of material‑handling equipment and 5S/housekeeping practices.
