About the role
Agroshipping LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Procurement Consultant to lead optimization initiatives for public‑sector projects. The role involves shaping strategic procurement processes, driving efficiency, and managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement supply chain and procurement optimization programs.
- Lead large, cross‑functional projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Allocate resources effectively, including budgets and personnel.
- Support senior executives in defining organizational goals and strategic plans.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification or international certificate in supply chain and procurement.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
- Proven track record in public‑sector supply chain initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
Required skills
- Strong leadership and relationship‑management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple objectives under pressure.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
