Technical Support Engineer

About the role

DoItEasy is seeking a full‑time Technical Support Engineer to join its Riyadh office. You will provide remote and on‑site assistance for enterprise connectivity, email platforms, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring rapid resolution of client issues and high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, networking, and infrastructure problems for corporate customers.
• Deliver remote technical assistance for end‑users, including Outlook desktop support, mail migration, and Exchange troubleshooting.
• Support SD‑WAN, cloud hosting, virtualization, and other enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Utilize remote support tools to troubleshoot servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Document incidents, solutions, and maintain accurate service records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting of connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Team player who can work under pressure and manage multiple support tasks.

Required skills

• Remote support tools and remote troubleshooting.
• Email platforms: Microsoft Outlook Desktop, IMAP/POP3, Exchange, Microsoft 365, SmarterMail.
• Mail migration and troubleshooting.
• SD‑WAN, cloud hosting, virtualization, networking concepts.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, SSL, endpoint troubleshooting.
