About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to provide remote assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user experience across its platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries via email, chat, and phone, diagnosing hardware, software, and system issues.
- Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions and document support interactions.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams and track tickets in internal systems.
- Assist with system setup, configuration, onboarding, and monitor performance.
- Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and contribute to process improvements.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
