Top Gifter Operations Manager – TikTok LIVE (Turkish Speaking)

About the role

TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, offering interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. The Top Gifter Operations Manager will drive growth and operational excellence for top gifters across the MENAT region, focusing on user engagement, retention and overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth and day‑to‑day operation of TikTok LIVE Top Gifters in MENAT markets, improving engagement and retention.
• Conduct user research and offline engagements to uncover pain points and deliver scalable product and operational solutions.
• Partner with product, campaign and creator teams to increase top‑gifter numbers, boost paying users and raise total consumption.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives for key gifter features, monitor performance and continuously optimise user experience and business impact.
• Support regional business growth through user segmentation, lifecycle management and data‑driven operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in VIP operations, user operations, luxury goods, gaming or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Turkish, able to collaborate with Turkish‑speaking and global stakeholders.
• Strong user empathy, ownership mindset and ability to execute quickly.
• Data‑driven problem‑solving skills with a focus on identifying user pain points and delivering scalable solutions.
