Visual Merchandising Officer – Retail Outlet

About the role

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Officer to create and implement eye‑catching product displays, showroom layouts and window arrangements for our outlet in Riyadh. The role combines creative design with practical implementation to enhance the customer shopping experience and uphold ABYAT’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising concepts that showcase products across the outlet.
• Design and install product displays, window arrangements, showroom layouts and promotional installations.
• Ensure all visual elements reflect the brand identity, seasonal themes and commercial objectives.
• Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to produce floor plans, 3D renderings, mock‑ups and proposed display layouts.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support and enforce visual merchandising standards and guidelines throughout the store.
• Train store staff on visual standards, product presentation and display maintenance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Store Operations, Product/Category teams and other departments to align visual activities with business needs.
• Monitor visual merchandising supplies and coordinate requirements with relevant teams.
• Stay updated on retail trends, customer behavior, competitor activities and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within a retail environment.
