Waiter – Food & Beverage Team

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at the First Vignette Collection’s Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel in Saudi Arabia. You will play a key part in delivering memorable dining experiences and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with clear explanations and recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to requests quickly.
• Prepare and set tables before service, ensure cleanliness, and reset after guests leave.
• Handle billing and payments accurately according to hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or customer‑service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods during service.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
