About the role
Join the Sheraton family in Dammam as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every meal is enjoyed in a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, attending to guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and work stations.
- Handle guest payments and ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
