Warehouse Team Lead

About the role

Join noon’s fast‑growing hyper‑local delivery platform as a Warehouse Team Lead. You will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations across multiple dark stores, ensuring that delivery targets are consistently met and that the team performs at its best.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned fleet across 3‑5 dark stores within the cluster, meeting KPI targets.
• Supervise Fleet Managers and coordinate daily fleet activities.
• Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and operational standards.
• Allocate manpower efficiently across all stores in the cluster.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering high performance and addressing operational challenges.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of logistics experience with team management responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude, willing to roll up sleeves and get involved.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
• Understanding of logistics metrics and stakeholder management.
• Flexible work schedule to meet operational needs.
