About the role
A Windows Systems Administrator position based in Dammam/Dharan, working in person. The role covers managing Windows servers and workstations, configuring networks and providing technical support to users and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers 2019/2022
- Manage Windows 11 workstations and software installations
- Configure and manage IP networks and VLANs
- Interact with vendors and end-users to resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience managing Windows Servers
- English language requirement
Required skills
- Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) in Windows Server management
- Experience with Windows Servers 2019/2022 and Windows 11 workstations
- Knowledge of IP networks and VLANs
- Good communication skills
