About the role
Join Amazon’s Hub Delivery team as an Account Manager I, supporting the fast‑growing last‑mile network. You will act as the primary liaison between Amazon and Hub Store partners, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Hub Store partners, providing guidance, conducting quality discussions and ensuring compliance with Amazon standards.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators by analysing data, identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with On‑The‑Road Safety and Station Managers to maintain safety compliance and proper implementation of last‑mile processes.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive operational improvements at both network and individual Hub Store levels.
- Support onboarding of new stores and coach owners on best practices to meet peak‑volume demands.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Excel and data analysis.
- Background in operations, logistics or e‑commerce.
- Saudi national status.
