Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify improvement areas to meet sales quotas.
• Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures and processes to ensure controlled and consistent work.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, cost‑effectiveness and productivity.
• Promote adherence to policies and procedures among employees.
• Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers by addressing needs courteously and timely.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
