Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the finance function of a leading residential construction company in Saudi Arabia. The role combines full‑cycle accounting oversight with strategic financial analysis to support senior management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily accounting operations and supervise the accounting team.
• Prepare, review and publish financial statements and periodic reports in line with approved standards.
• Develop annual budgets, monitor performance, and analyse variances.
• Manage Zakat and tax processes, ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and coordinate external audit activities.
• Enhance accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Create advanced financial dashboards and reports for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s a plus).
• 10–15 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Professional certification such as SOCPA or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
