Administrative Support Clerk – Data Entry

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Administrative Support Clerk to handle data entry and provide essential administrative assistance. This remote position requires strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other digital platforms.
• Process data from forms, emails, invoices, reports, and scanned documents.
• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and eliminate duplicate records.
• Maintain organized electronic files and ensure proper document filing.
• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and data lists as requested.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
• Monitor shared inboxes, route requests, and assist with meeting materials.
• Support other departments with routine data‑related tasks and file conversion.
