ADMS/DERMS Engineer

About the role

The ADMS/DERMS Engineer will work on advanced distribution management and automation systems, ensuring successful installation, testing, and performance monitoring of SCADA‑based solutions for power distribution networks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation of ADMS/DERMS systems and manage punch‑list closure.
• Prepare progress and non‑conformity reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Witness and validate System Acceptance Tests (SAT) and end‑to‑end testing of SCADA ADMS/DERMS solutions.
• Monitor system performance during availability testing periods.
• Coordinate technical activities between system vendors and client teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ADMS/DERMS functions and software.
• Background in SCADA ADMS/DERMS infrastructure and system architecture (network, hardware).
• Hands‑on experience with power distribution SCADA systems.
• Extensive work with Field/RTU communication protocols such as IEC 60870‑5‑101/104, DNP, Modbus.
• Knowledge of ICCP communication protocol.
• Familiarity with DER communication protocols, e.g., IEEE 2030.5.
