Advisory Manager – Riyadh (Full‑time)

About the role

We are building a local advisory business in Riyadh and need a senior leader to design, launch and scale the licensed advisory line. Reporting to the CEO, the Advisory Manager will shape client portfolio frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance and grow a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee suitability and risk‑profiling frameworks, and approve disclosure statements, fee structures and conflict‑of‑interest logs.
• Construct diversified asset‑allocation models and model portfolios that respect client risk limits.
• Partner with Compliance and Risk to enforce policies and maintain a zero‑breach environment.
• Recruit, train and manage a team of certified investment advisors as the business expands.
• Collaborate with product teams to localise advisory tools for Saudi users and act as the technical liaison for CMA inspections.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in advisory and capital markets, with 5+ years of people‑management experience.
• CME‑1 A&B certification and prior experience at an asset‑management, wealth‑management platform or investment bank.
• Proven knowledge of advisory policies, KYC, suitability frameworks and internal controls.
• Fluency in Arabic and English and ability to meet the CMA fit‑and‑proper requirements.
