AR Accountant Associate

About the role

Mnzil is expanding across Saudi Arabia and needs a proactive Accounts Receivable professional to keep cash flow healthy and client relationships strong. You will own the end‑to‑end invoicing and collection process, working closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure timely revenue capture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes.
• Record and allocate incoming payments in the accounting system.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue balances and prepare aging reports.
• Reconcile customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies and support month‑end closing.
• Coordinate billing matters with commercial and operations teams.
• Assist with VAT documentation, audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to invoicing and collection processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or general accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
