Area Sales Manager – Eastern Province

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Eastern Province, based in Dammam. The role combines strategic account management with regional team leadership to drive growth of our fleet management and telematics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Eastern Province sales team, owning regional revenue targets.
• Set, distribute and monitor individual and team sales targets; create and execute a regional business plan.
• Coach team members through one‑on‑ones, pipeline reviews and joint client visits; recruit and onboard new sales talent as the business expands.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data, produce forecasts and report performance to senior leadership.
• Personally manage strategic key accounts and close high‑value deals in fleet management and telematics.
• Define go‑to‑market strategies to win new business across construction, oil & gas, logistics and industrial sectors.
• Guide proposal preparation, pricing and commercial negotiations; lead contract closure.
• Coordinate with technical, installation and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing, feeding insights back to the commercial team.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet management or telematics solutions.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Experience leading or supervising a sales team with strong coaching and performance‑management abilities.
• Ability to plan, forecast and manage a regional sales pipeline and budget.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
