Assistant L&D Manager

About the role

The Assistant L&D Manager supports Hilton’s learning and development initiatives by ensuring smooth administration of training programs and maintaining accurate employee learning records. This position works closely with HR and operational teams to deliver high‑quality training experiences for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee personnel files and learning histories.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, manage the training calendar, and prepare related materials such as certificates of completion.
• Develop and distribute training brochures, flyers, and notifications to promote upcoming classes.
• Assist the HR Administrator with recruitment, hiring, and job posting processes.
• Coordinate the job opportunity system and maintain an active list of labor resources.
• Input and track data from Hilton quality measurement programs, including guest comment cards and performance standards.
• Prepare and distribute reports that measure training results.
• Maintain inventory of training supplies, stationery, and office equipment.
