Assistant Manager – Operational Readiness

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an Assistant Manager – Operational Readiness to support the preparation and launch of its entertainment and leisure projects. The role works closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure operational standards are met and guest experiences are exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing operational readiness plans for new and existing projects.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather operational requirements and ensure readiness standards are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks during project readiness phases.
• Support training and development initiatives to equip staff with necessary skills.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration and communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment on operational goals.
• Promote a culture focused on exceptional guest experience and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational readiness, project management or related roles within hospitality, entertainment or leisure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proven record of delivering process improvements and maintaining high operational standards.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian entertainment sector and cultural environment is advantageous.
