About the role
Lenovo is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to support its manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on aligning production activities with company objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma practices.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in policy and process formulation to align production with company goals.
- Improve operational mechanisms and quality systems.
- Coordinate production resources to fulfill the daily production plan.
- Utilize Lean Production and Six Sigma methodologies to optimise processes, improve efficiency, quality and cost.
- Provide continuous training to enhance team members’ skills.
- Assist the Production Manager with additional management‑related assignments.
