Associate Director – Finance (Mobility Team)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director of Finance to join the Mobility Team at Coastal Transportation Services Co., a subsidiary of Red Sea Global. This strategic position will drive financial insight, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to shape the company’s financial direction and support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead business partnering across Mobility and Operations, analysing activity and performance against budgets and business cases.
• Provide regular, insightful reporting to executive leadership and ensure finance meets group reporting requirements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead the budget, capital and business planning cycle.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models, dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in operationally intensive environments.
• Strong accounting foundation (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Experience supporting senior management with strategic and operational decisions.

Required skills

• Solid accounting and FP&A background.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Financial modeling and KPI development.
