Associate EMBC Advisor

About the role

The Associate Emergency Management and Continuity (EMBC) Advisor will coordinate disaster‑management initiatives across the joint‑venture and corporate levels, supporting Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) and its partners in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures that robust processes are in place to respond to catastrophes and maintain continuity of care.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency‑management and continuity initiatives for JHAH, Saudi Aramco, affiliated contractors, medical facilities, and government agencies.
• Support business‑unit activities that align with Saudi Aramco’s Top Corporate Risk guidelines and loss‑prevention policies.
• Assist JV‑level requirements as the primary medical disaster responder for Saudi Aramco nationwide.
• Implement and monitor the JHAH Emergency Management protocol (Program 002).
• Work with HR and other stakeholders to maintain a resilient staff structure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Professional medical or health certification, or a parallel qualification in Emergency Management and Continuity.
• BDLS/ADLS/Decontamination training; SCFHS license preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
