BIM Coordinator

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will report to the BIM/GIS Manager and support the delivery of the King Salman International Airport project in Riyadh. The role focuses on implementing BIM processes, managing cross‑functional collaboration, and driving innovative BIM practices across the project.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities, ensuring consistent coordinate systems, standard templates, clash management, and design reviews among design subcontractors.
• Provide BIM production support to project teams and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Implement 4D and 5D BIM processes in line with the Project BIM Management Plan.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

Required profile

• Experience in BIM coordination within large infrastructure or airport projects.
• Familiarity with BIM/CAD model management and cross‑disciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh on a full‑time basis.
