Business Development Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Graduate to join our Saudi Arabia team as a Business Development Associate. You will work closely with the Specification Manager, engaging consultants, clients, developers and key industry stakeholders across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, clients, developers and other stakeholders.
• Identify, follow up and register new projects and business opportunities in HVAC and construction.
• Prepare pre‑qualification documents, presentations, brochures and other project‑related documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date databases of consultants, clients and projects.
• Conduct market research on upcoming projects and potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to project and customer requirements.
• Produce business reports, project updates, presentations and meeting summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in HVAC or construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with clients and consultants.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, research and follow‑up abilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded and eager to learn.
• Valid KSA driving licence, own car and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
