Business Development Executive – Riyadh

About the role

The Business Development Executive will be based in Riyadh and will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients for BM Events across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on event organizers, hotels, venues, exhibitions and leading corporate brands that require professional staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new B2B clients in Riyadh and throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Target event organizers, agencies, hotels, venues, exhibitions, corporate companies and leading brands.
• Generate new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking and market research.
• Research upcoming events, exhibitions and hospitality projects to identify staffing opportunities.
• Connect with key decision‑makers, arrange client meetings and present BM Events’ staffing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and manage the sales pipeline.
• Travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities as required.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Experience in event staffing, hospitality, exhibitions or manpower services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Riyadh/Saudi Arabia market with existing contacts and a professional network.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven negotiation, presentation and closing abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven, confident and self‑motivated.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and access to a personal car.
• Willingness to travel within Riyadh and, when required, to other locations in Saudi Arabia.
