Business Development Manager – Facilities Management (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading Facilities Management provider in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding the portfolio across Hard FM, Soft FM, Integrated FM, Maintenance, and Technical Services while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across government, semi‑government, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and real‑estate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision‑makers, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
• Work with operations and technical teams to create commercially competitive FM solutions.
• Report directly to the Founders and develop strategic account plans to maximise revenue and client retention.
• Maintain an active pipeline, provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions across Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the FM sector.

Required profile

• 4+ years of Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial experience within Facilities Management.
• Strong understanding of Hard FM, Soft FM, Integrated FM, Maintenance, MEP, Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, and Technical Services.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing large client relationships.
• Experience preparing proposals, tenders, commercial offers, and negotiating contracts.
• Established network across Riyadh and wider Saudi Arabia (highly desirable).
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

What we offer

• Salary: 15,000–20,000 SAR per month plus a generous commission scheme.
