Business Development Manager

About the role

ADC is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its connectivity and digital solutions portfolio. Reporting to the Director, you will execute approved strategies, manage key client and partner relationships, and contribute directly to revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of ADC’s business development strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify and assess new opportunities across target markets and industry verticals.
• Develop business cases, commercial proposals, and partnership models under guidance.
• Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline and track KPIs such as pipeline growth and conversion.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot growth areas and emerging trends.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients and partners, supporting negotiations within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Strategy, and Finance teams to ensure timely responses and smooth hand‑over of secured opportunities.
• Prepare executive materials, progress reports, and represent ADC at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships or commercial strategy.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity or technology sectors is preferred.
• Proven track record supporting revenue generation and managing stakeholder relationships.
