Business Development Manager

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its award‑winning team in Riyadh. The role focuses on strengthening existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate KEO’s reputation with existing preferred clients to secure repeat business, preferably on a negotiated basis.
• Maintain a comprehensive list of current KEO clients in KSA, including key contacts and relationship status, and enhance these relationships.
• Develop and expand client profiles and relationships.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities and clients for KEO in KSA, including potential partnership prospects.
• Liaise with other KEO divisions to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct risk assessments on new clients and project opportunities, covering creditworthiness and payment reputation.
• Produce regular (at least monthly) business development reports with performance ratios such as tender success/failure rates.
• Establish and maintain a business opportunity tracking system.
• Maintain, together with KEO Corporate, a mailing database of clients and key third‑party firms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Planning or a related field.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Saudi nationals are especially welcomed.
