Business Development Manager

About the role

RX is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth for its Rx Middle East portfolio, focusing on the Saudi market. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, attracting sponsors and exhibitors, and expanding the presence of flagship fitness and wellness events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and secure sponsorships, exhibitors and strategic partners for Rx events.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase event participation and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the fitness, wellness and exhibition sectors.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regional business practices to inform outreach.
• Represent Rx at industry events, networking opportunities and trade shows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnership roles within the events or exhibition industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to build and sustain strategic relationships.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and regional business practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
