Business Development Manager – Luxury Interior Design

About the role

Feizo Design, a premier luxury interior design and fit‑out firm in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager. You will lead new‑business acquisition and nurture key client relationships across the high‑end residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in luxury residential, commercial and hospitality segments throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Build and manage a robust project pipeline from prospecting to signed contracts.
• Present Feizo Design’s portfolio to prospective clients, developers and real‑estate firms with a consultative approach.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with real‑estate developers, property owners, PMCs and corporate clients.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations and commercial offers in coordination with design and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Identify strategic partnerships with architects, consultants and agencies to generate referral business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data and sales reports.
• Provide regular sales performance reports to the Business Operations Director and support contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project/commercial qualification.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the Saudi real‑estate, hospitality or commercial development markets.
• Strong network of contacts with developers, property owners and corporate clients in the KSA.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline and sales tracking.
