Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our fast‑growing team. In this role you will build partnerships, close deals and help expand our merchant and brand network. If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting new business opportunities and turning prospects into lasting collaborations, this position is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants and brand partners.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Present partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through signed agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track partnership progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Merchant Acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Experience in e‑Commerce, marketplaces, affiliate marketing or digital platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
