Business Insights & Analytics Manager

About the role

The Business Insights & Analytics Manager partners with the Business Development organization to enable data‑driven decision‑making, client performance management, and growth across the KBO cluster. The role delivers actionable insights, drives AI‑enabled automation, and supports key client events and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development teams to provide client, portfolio, and market performance reporting, enabling informed decisions and growth opportunities.
• Analyze client, product, market, and revenue performance to identify underperformance drivers, business risks, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and track action plans with Business Development teams to address performance gaps and drive accountability.
• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for timely visibility into performance.
• Lead regular business reviews with insightful analysis, performance commentary, and strategic recommendations.
• Own and drive the KBO AI and Automation agenda, identifying use cases, implementing AI‑enabled solutions, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business planning, analytics, strategy, consulting, financial services, or the payments industry.
• Strong experience in business performance management, reporting, analytics, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to analyze client, market, product, and revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner effectively with Business Development teams and senior leaders.
