Camp Supervisor – Accommodation Facility

About the role

The Camp Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the project accommodation facility in Saudi Arabia. Acting as Bechtel’s on‑site representative, you will ensure that housing, catering, cleaning, maintenance and other essential services meet the required quality, hygiene, safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the contracted accommodation services provider to ensure compliance with scope, KPIs and service levels.
• Conduct daily walk‑throughs and inspections of accommodation blocks, dining halls, kitchens, recreation areas and maintenance activities.
• Review contractor reports on maintenance, cleaning, catering, incidents, complaints and preventive maintenance.
• Address issues proactively, minimise guest complaints and support workforce wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Required profile

• Residence in the project accommodation facility (camp) in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience supervising accommodation or facility services in a remote or industrial setting.
• Strong attention to safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Ability to act as the primary liaison between Bechtel and the service contractor.
