Camp Supervisor (Accommodation Facility)

About the role

The Accommodation Facility (Camp) Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the on‑site housing, catering, cleaning and maintenance services for the Ar Rjum gold mining project in Saudi Arabia. Acting as Bechtel’s on‑site representative, the supervisor ensures that the contracted service provider delivers a safe, hygienic and comfortable environment for the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the accommodation services contract, ensuring compliance with scope, KPIs, service levels and contractual obligations.
• Conduct daily walk‑through inspections of living blocks, dining halls, kitchens, recreation areas and maintenance activities.
• Review contractor reports on cleaning, catering, maintenance, incidents, complaints and preventive maintenance.
• Address issues proactively, minimise guest complaints and support workforce wellbeing.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Residence in the project accommodation facility (camp) in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience supervising accommodation or facilities services on large‑scale projects.
• Ability to monitor contractual performance and enforce service standards.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with the contractor and Bechtel teams.
