Channel Sales Manager

About the role

The Channel Sales Manager will support the Country Manager in establishing the local representative office and driving automotive channel growth in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on market intelligence, dealer network development, and after‑sales operations for a fast‑growing international automotive company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and registering the local office or subsidiary and handle related operational tasks.
• Collect and analyse Saudi automotive market intelligence, including government policies, marketing campaigns, competitor pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Research after‑sales service and spare‑parts operations to benchmark performance.
• Support channel development and dealer network management to expand business in the local market.
• Coordinate market research, business planning and project implementation with regional and headquarters teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in channel sales, dealer development or business development.
• Good understanding of the Saudi automotive market, customer landscape and competitive environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Valid driving licence with at least three years of driving experience.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently in a multicultural setting.
